Tempo Traveller in Lucknow is a Tempo Traveller booking platform operated under Chiku Mobility India Pvt. Ltd. in Lucknow and nearby cities. This platform acts as a facilitator, connecting users with vendors. It does not own or operate the Tempo Travellers listed on the site.

All responsibility for vehicle condition, permits, insurance, cleanliness, driver behaviour, safety, and service lies with the respective operators. Tempo Traveller in Lucknow is not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, or loss of luggage during travel. In the case of breakdowns within city limits, a replacement for the Tempo Traveller can be provided only if available. Breakdowns outside city limits are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Guidelines for the customers:

All the customers are expected to follow all the guidelines, including no smoking and drinking, or sleeping in the front seat are strictly prohibited. Travellers must not pressure the driver to overspeed. Any changes in the route or schedule must be made through TempoTravellerLucknow.com and not with the driver.

All legal matters come under the jurisdiction of the Varanasi District Courts. No refunds are applicable in case of events such as strikes, natural disasters, or political unrest.
